The scope of the actions performed by the PMC includes the following: in geographical terms, the United Status of Mexico and its exclusive economic zone; in the institutional sphere, all public and private research centers, institutes and universities interested in performing activities connected with the carbon cycle within the sphere of national coordination; on the individual level, all scientists involved in research relevant to the topic and who are registered members of the PMC; at the international level, the inclusion of applications from institutions and individuals interested in the activities of the PMC will be considered.
